Body Repair Specialist

As a skilled Body Shop Technician at Commonwealth Motors, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition through expert repair and refinishing techniques.
This is a full-time, hourly position that requires expertise and experience in the auto industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work and exceptional service.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a lucrative position with a compensation range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Utilize advanced techniques and tools to repair collision damage
- Refinish repaired areas to match the original vehicle finish
- Perform quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician in the auto industry
- Proficiency in collision repair and refinishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certification is preferred
