Salary: $60 - $88.00 per hour based on experience and benefits package

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to serve as a Product Owner for our Agile Software Integration & Test (I&T) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and planning testing for cloud infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review requirements and determine Test Plans within a Closed System
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement, develop, and test mission solutions
  • Build, integration & test, and deployment of pipelines, optimizing for performance and scalability across on-premise VMware computing environments
  • Leverage company and industry best practices and capabilities to improve scalability, consistency, infrastructure efficiency, reduce deployment time, and automate configuration management
  • Ensure security and compliance are integrated into the platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with emphasis in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI / CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (E.g. scrum, SAFe)
  • Ability to communicate tasks for a wide audience including effective communication to articulate via written, verbal, and kinesthetic learners
  • Administrative fluency with the following (or vendor equivalent): Red Hat Enterprise Linux and VMWare solutions
  • Experience with programming languages (E.g. Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go)
  • Experience with Containerization using Kubernetes or Docker
  • Current CompTIA Security + or ability to obtain within 90 days
