Position Overview
This role involves supporting the operations of the Adult & Transfer Center (ATC) at Northern Kentucky University. The position is designed for individuals who are eager to assist adult and transfer students in navigating their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone inquiries in a professional manner;
- Welcome and assist visitors with a positive attitude;
- Manage the office inbox and respond to messages promptly;
- Maintain accurate records of adult and transfer learners within the designated student information system;
- Document interactions with students effectively;
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and advisors to foster a supportive environment;
- Participate in ATC events and initiatives;
- Represent the ATC at resource and recruitment fairs as required;
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various software tools. The ideal applicant will possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- A genuine desire to assist fellow students;
- Active listening and observational skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback;
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Adherence to departmental guidelines and procedures;
- Sound judgment and accountability;
- Willingness to accept guidance from staff and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Experience working with diverse populations.

Minimum Education
High School Diploma required.

Compensation
$12 per hour.
