Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also communicate with our hot leads, establish client relationships, and follow up with clients as needed. Additionally, you will understand prospects' needs, identify sales opportunities, create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services, and stay informed about competing products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need sales experience or a client-facing background, insurance experience is preferred but not required. You must have a proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior. You must be coachable, have excellent communication skills, and be motivated and determined.
