Position Summary:

The Stock Keeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise within the store. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including the organization and maintenance of stock in both back-of-house and sales areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the Dolce & Gabbana service standards in all operational tasks.
  • Manage inventory processes, including shipping and receiving.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, particularly concerning merchandise repairs and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines for stock maintenance.
  • Support store staff in adhering to company initiatives related to inventory and back-of-house operations.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, guiding staff during inventory counts.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Handle inter-store transfers, returns to vendor, and manage damaged goods.
  • Maintain detailed logs for all shipments and process merchandise into the inventory system.
  • Adhere to loss prevention standards and manage inventory shortages effectively.
  • Pick and pack e-commerce orders in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated success in inventory management and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A college degree is preferred.
