Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to confirm the integrity of incoming goods and materials prior to distribution.
  • Prepare essential shipping documents, package orders, and maintain accurate inventory records within the system.
  • Leverage Warehouse Management Systems to monitor orders and access vital information.
  • Conduct interplant transfers, package orders, and validate shipments for correctness.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of trailers, organize orders on pallets, and ensure proper handling of merchandise.
  • Transport finished products and supplies within the operational facility.
  • Assist Distribution Center functions by ensuring the availability of shipping materials.
  • Be prepared to work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in logistics or shipping positions is required.
  • Competence in operating pallet jacks and forklifts is essential.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset are crucial.
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing warehouse tasks is necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to navigate the work environment, lift and transport boxes, ascend stairs, and operate machinery.
  • Manual dexterity for handling paperwork and performing computer-related tasks.
