Position Overview: The Inventory Analyst plays a crucial role within the Supply Chain Team, focusing on ensuring the precision and integrity of inventory across various platforms. This includes the management of inventory records between the ERP system, third-party logistics providers, and internal production documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and visibility across remote warehouses and production sites by meticulously recording and analyzing all inventory transactions.
  • Conduct month-end inventory reconciliations across different sites, investigating discrepancies and providing insightful data analysis.
  • Timely recording and processing of first and third-party activities within the ERP system.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and address inventory variances, implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Resolve system-related issues impacting inventory management.
  • Enhance and enforce inventory control protocols to reduce stock discrepancies and improve inventory turnover rates.
  • Conduct regular inspections on-site to validate inventory counts and ensure the accuracy of system-reported data.
  • Ensure compliance by archiving all necessary documentation related to receipts, transfers, outbound shipping, and cycle count justifications.
  • Present findings from inventory analyses to cross-functional teams for performance evaluations.
  • Effectively manage large datasets using Excel.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Alignment with the company's core values, including Customer Service, Efficiency, Integrity, Accountability, Collaboration, and a Strong Work Ethic.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and NetSuite is advantageous.
