{"Job Title": "Pharmacy Operations Specialist", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Specialist to join our team at Jericho Road Ministries, Inc. This role will be responsible for overseeing the dispensing operation, working closely with the Supervising Pharmacist and pharmacist to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have previous dispensing experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of QS1 and EMR systems, such as Medent.

Responsibilities:

* Count, label, and perform other production tasks
* Assist with point of sale and other front-end activities and responsibilities
* Assist inventory specialist and pharmacists with inventory tasks as needed
* Set up, receive and reconcile deliveries from pharmacy delivery service
* Comply with the correct storage and disposal of medications within pharmacy areas
* Become familiar with all EMR (Medent) functions and respond to pertinent triages

Requirements:

* Previous dispensing experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting
* Strong understanding of QS1 and EMR systems, such as Medent
* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
* Exert up to 50lbs. pushing, pulling, or lifting.
* Walking, climbing stairs required.

**Travel Requirements:**

* Must be able to travel to and between sites while maintaining standards of safety and compliance with motor vehicle traffic laws.
