Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Sr. Principal Scientist of Translational Medicine to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading translational medicine activities to support drug development programs in neurodegeneration and neuropsychiatric indications. This will involve designing and implementing program-specific late development biomarker/translational plans, determining appropriate assays and vendors for clinical biomarkers, and managing clinical biomarker data delivery and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translational biomarkers, late stage drug development, and clinical trial management. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement program-specific late development biomarker/translational plans
  • Determine appropriate assays and vendors for clinical biomarkers
  • Manage clinical biomarker data delivery and analysis
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external translational/biomarker presentations
  • Maintain timelines for biomarker data related publication

Requirements:

  • PhD or MD/PhD in neurology-related field with 10+ years of translational experience
  • 7+ years of late stage clinical biomarker experience in biotech/pharma
  • Strong background in translational biomarkers, late stage drug development, and clinical trial management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
