About the Role

As a Sr. Admissions Representative at F.I.R.S.T. Institute, you will play a crucial role in guiding school applicants through the application and admissions process. Your primary responsibility will be to help students assess their skills, education, and career goals to choose the best program for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up with students via phone, SMS, and email to ensure a smooth application process.
  • Interview prospective students for enrollment and provide guidance on program selection.
  • Prepare students to start class by securing housing and other logistics for school.
  • Give prospective students a tour of our facility, both virtually and in person.
  • Follow up with students who have expressed interest in the program.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position or customer service-related field.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
