About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing project teams to deliver high-quality civil engineering projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients
  • Oversee project quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers
  • Review design aspects, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities
  • Interact with clients, contractors, local government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage projects from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, and construction
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • BS in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
  • Ability to speak and write professionally, develop and mentor staff, and provide technical review of civil engineering deliverables
  • Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution, interface with clients, network, and develop business
