About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality land development plans
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure project success
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Review and provide technical input on civil engineering deliverables
  • Prepare proposals and manage project execution to meet client expectations
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • BS in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Ability to provide technical review of civil engineering deliverables
  • Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution
