Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction, to deliver projects that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design codes and standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or relevant field; 6-10 years of experience in land development, civil design, or site civil design highly preferred.
  • PE license in Oklahoma or eligibility for licensure by comity.
  • Experience with public and/or municipal projects is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
