Job Title: Hybrid Product Wholesaler

At Jackson National Life, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Product Wholesaler to join our team. As a Hybrid Product Wholesaler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales goals and producer type goals by covering a targeted advisor segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to target a specific set of financial professionals within multiple territories to attain sales growth objectives.
  • Cultivate new business relationships and extend low-producing relationships within the territory through collaboration with External Wholesalers and consistent review of the territory execution plan.
  • Host advisor-facing virtual meetings to present relevant actionable sales ideas and ensure engagement and awareness of company growth initiatives with all EW/IW partners.
  • Support conferences based on advisor concentration, including attending conferences to promote Jackson opportunities.
  • Operate in a "hybrid" wholesaling capacity, spending up to 20% of time in the field, running virtual meetings, and engaging with advisors through traditional avenues.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach and tools to educate advisors on Jackson's products and services.
  • Plan and manage the deployment of resources to maximize territorial sales while being responsible for budgeting and expenses.
  • Maintain knowledge of new, existing, and enhanced Jackson products and marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM system and additional technology to accomplish a data-driven territory business plan.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience required.
  • Outside candidates required to have 3+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities.
  • Current Jackson associates required to have 2+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities.
  • 6+ months experience as a Senior Internal Wholesaler required for current internal Sales Desk.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, State Insurance License required.
