Field Performance Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Performance Development Coordinator to join our Field Operations Team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our craft leaders and assisting with employee onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring, rehiring, and termination process in Paycom
- Track new hire paperwork and ensure compliance
- Coordinate our Mentorship Program to foster growth and development
- Develop pathways for advancing field team members
- Track field evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate yearly evaluations for all field team members
- Assist in maintaining the Field Assignments Sheet and ensuring accuracy
- Support field training logistics and certificate management
- Help maintain Talent LMS, including documentation and content creation
- Assist with concrete pour meetings and planning
- Administer Corrective Action meetings and ensure resolution
- Update field resumes and maintain accurate records
- Update the Field Crew Handbook to reflect changes and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software products
- Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is a plus, but not required
