About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Sephora. As a Sales and Service Leader, you will be responsible for implementing sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Sales and Service Strategies: Develop and execute sales and service strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Supporting and Coaching Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they excel in their roles and meet sales and service targets.
  • Executing Client Service and Sales: Execute our client service model and sales strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Sephora Standards: Ensure that all team members adhere to Sephora's standards and maintain a professional environment.
  • Driving Client Loyalty and Engagement: Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior Leadership Experience: We are looking for candidates with prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for Client Service and Teamwork: A passion for client service and teamwork is essential for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing store priorities and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible Availability: Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Consistent and Reliable Attendance: Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for this role.
  • Ability to Lift and Carry: The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required for this role.
