Background Screening Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. This position is responsible for preparing Background Screening Reports with no errors within a 24-hour period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely Background Screening Reports.
- Resolve product and service problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in background screening.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
