Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely Background Screening Reports.
  • Resolve product and service problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in background screening.
