Healthcare Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential blood donors, educating them on the blood donation process, and scheduling donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to potential blood donors to educate them on the blood donation process and eligibility
- Schedule donors for donations
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve outreach and recruitment goals
Requirements:
- Customer service experience or administrative experience is mandatory
- Preferred medical background (phlebotomy, medical assisting, etc.)
- 6+ months of experience is mandatory
