Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Physicians with Patient Care: Provide administrative and clinical support to our physicians, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Coordinate patient scheduling, chart management, and other administrative tasks to optimize clinic efficiency.
  • Prepare Patient Charts: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Support Clinical Duties: Assist with patient examinations, special procedures, and other clinical tasks as assigned by our nursing and medical staff.
  • Document Patient Care: Accurately record patient observations, activities, and care coordination in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program, Medical Assistant in the military (DD214), EMT-A, or paramedic preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to exercise professionalism, communicate effectively, and learn patient care procedures. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Certifications and Training: Must pass proficiency test and maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
