- Manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and chart management.
- Provide information to patients to ensure they can fully utilize and benefit from our clinic services.
- Ability to exercise professionalism in dealing with all levels of personnel, patients, and patients' families.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures.
- Ability to complete tasks as directed by physician and nursing staff.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program, Medical Assistant in the military (DD214), EMT-A, or paramedic required.
- Must pass proficiency test.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR Certification.
