Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Mailroom Operations: Manage the receipt, sorting, and delivery of incoming mail and packages, as well as the preparation and dispatch of outgoing mail and packages.
  • Supply Management: Organize and distribute supplies to clients, verify and log orders, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Copying and Faxing: Operate photocopy machines, send and receive faxes, and maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing faxes.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including inserting, copying, and photocopying, as well as providing reception work, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and other shipping procedures, as well as basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
