Position Summary
This full-time entry-level role as a Bilingual Associate Membership Specialist requires proficiency in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Associate Membership Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding service and assistance to potential customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Handle sales support tasks, including responding to inquiries about products and pricing, and documenting customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Communicate essential product features and advantages to customers through phone and email.
  • Process customer payments securely.
  • Facilitate customer transitions to technical or customer support teams as necessary.
  • Complete assigned projects efficiently and on time.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the education technology sector, is preferred.
  • A positive, energetic demeanor and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
