Your Role:

As a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will exemplify and uphold the highest standards of service while cultivating a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain food quality, guest service, profitability, employee satisfaction, and cleanliness standards.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Supervise and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and monitor daily operational reports, including waste management logs.
  • Resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.
  • Plan, assign, and oversee work tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Create and adjust weekly schedules for team members.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
  • Keep a record of repairs and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Fill in for Culinary Department Duty Manager as required.
  • Carry out supervisory duties in line with company policies, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in various locations and departments as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Intermediate knowledge of food and beverage operations and theme park environments.
  • Ability to actively listen and anticipate guest needs.
  • Exceptional supervisory skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage setting.
  • Experience in a theme park environment is preferred.
  • Food and beverage safety certifications, including ServSafe Manager, are required within the first six months of employment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to engage in extensive walking and standing throughout shifts.
  • Capability to perform physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of MMS is a plus.
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties using cleaning chemicals.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to adapt to different work locations based on business needs.
