Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings-Old Mill Boulevard in Washington, PA. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the preparation and serving of a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation and Service: Receive drink orders from guests or servers, mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Responsible Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, request identification as needed, and adhere to all laws and company policies related to alcohol service.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Enter drink and/or food orders into the POS terminal, collect payment from guests, and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.
  • Inventory Management: Order or requisition liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal bar stock levels.
  • Bar Maintenance: Clean and store bar equipment and stock, and perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
