About the Role

Frontier Airlines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Maintenance Control to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify and Mitigate Safety Risks: Conduct regular safety risk assessments and implement control measures to minimize the risk of accidents and incidents.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various departments, including Flight Dispatch, System Operations Control, and Line Maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and execute maintenance plans to ensure the continued airworthiness of our aircraft fleet.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to your team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • FAA-Certificated Mechanic: Possess a valid Airframe and Powerplant rating.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Five years of combined heavy and line maintenance and maintenance control experience, with at least five years of supervisory/management experience in a maintenance operations environment.
  • Education and Certifications: A four-year college degree is preferred, and a FCC Radio license is also desirable.
