About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Control Manager to join our team at Frontier Airlines. As a key member of our Maintenance Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of Maintenance Control, ensuring the continuous and safe operation of company aircraft during scheduled service.
  • Manage and maintain adequate staffing levels necessary to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Exercise financial decisions regarding the recovery of AOG aircraft or maintained continued operations up to and including purchasing of parts, charters, third party maintenance vendors, or any other relevant situation.
  • Design and implement action plans to reduce maintenance related delays and cancellations.
  • Administer and manage all departmental self-audits.
Requirements
  • FAA Certificated Mechanic possessing Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  • Minimum 5 years of combined Line Maintenance and/or Heavy Maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Maintenance Control experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role in the Maintenance Operations environment.
