This role focuses on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award.
Responsible for creating and producing motion graphics, video designs, and visual communications tailored for immersive learning environments and strategic outreach. Develops branding visuals, integrates reality compositing techniques, and stays ahead of innovative trends while troubleshooting video explainers, promotional content, and instructional training materials, as well as incorporating new technologies for creative settings.
Qualifications:
JOURNEYMAN: This level requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman typically operates independently across all functional responsibilities.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Physical Demands: The position necessitates extensive use of computing devices, including PCs or laptops. Responsibilities may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Tasks require typing and reading from screens. Sufficient mobility is essential, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to fulfill daily responsibilities efficiently. Climbing and working in confined spaces may be necessary. The role demands the ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations. Work may occur in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures. Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds is required. Due to parking limitations and work location, moderate to long-distance walking may be necessary. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Work Environment: Primarily an office setting. The workspace may include cubicles (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, varying lighting conditions). Must collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and all management levels. The role involves minimal travel, estimated at up to 10% of the time.
Equipment Proficiency: Capability to operate standard office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools.
Attendance Expectations: Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Punctuality and consistent attendance are vital. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to accommodate urgent mission requirements.
Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with clients, management, and peers. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Attire must be suitable for the role and not pose safety risks. Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication is critical. Independent transportation to the office or work site is required. Travel to client locations and testing fields may be necessary to support projects, which may include air travel. In certain situations, accommodations for personal vehicles may be arranged if needed. When operating any vehicle for work, seat belts must be worn, and the use of cellular devices while driving is prohibited. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is mandatory. A professional demeanor that fosters productivity and teamwork is essential. The ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels is required. Willingness to travel as needed is expected.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
