**Job Overview:**
SpecDive LLC is seeking a highly skilled Arms and Ammunition Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales efficiently, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws pertaining to firearms sales.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of firearms regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, process transactions quickly and accurately, and provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of firearms products, including their features, benefits, and regulatory requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws regarding firearms sales, including background checks, record-keeping, and proper handling of firearms.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of firearms regulations, including federal and state laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
