Key responsibilities include coordinating client authorization for estate-related transactions, partnering with Legal and IRA Specialists to interpret trusts and wills, and communicating directly with beneficiaries' attorneys and accountants. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional certifications in estate administration and participate in our comprehensive training program.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through estate administration for assets at Bernstein and outside of Bernstein
  • Coordinate client authorization for all estate-related transactions

  • Build trust and credibility with colleagues and teams across our business
  • Prepare and present consultative observations and updates to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with excellence in academics
  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 and Series 63
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
