Materials Planning Manager

TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the strategic planning and execution of material movements throughout the production cycle. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive organizational transformations towards end-to-end supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive performance improvements and identify areas for optimization within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to meet production and engineering schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate input on supplier performance and participate in higher-level supplier performance reviews.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to ensure best quality at best value.
- Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain optimization and planning in a comparable environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in organizational transformation, team leadership, and team development.
- Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results.
- Strong supply chain knowledge, manufacturing background, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge in supply chain/master planning and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including presentations, and the ability to motivate and support colleagues in other functional areas.

CompensationCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience: $123,000 – 183,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
