This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience with vehicles and/or telecom equipment and tools, as well as basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain fleet records in various systems (EFleet, Sitetracker, GeoTab)
  • Scheduling repairs and maintenance requests
  • Processing rental reservations
  • Inventorying equipment and tooling
  • Scheduling transport of assets
  • Ordering equipment and tooling
  • Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practice
  • Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
  • Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulation

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism, consistency, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driver's License and clean MVR required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolong periods of driving time.
  • Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
