Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Twenty (20+) years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global operations.
  3. Strong global acumen with experience working with manufacturing sites in different countries.
  4. Demonstrated success in managing complex manufacturing operations and leading large teams.
  5. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  6. Deep manufacturing automation experience.
  7. Class II and III medical device experience.
  8. Strong experience with endovascular products (catheters, wires, implants) and chemistry.
  9. Proven ability to drive operational excellence, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  10. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  11. Ability to navigate and manage cultural and operational differences across global locations.
  12. Direct experience with working in manual operations.
  13. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
What Will Differentiate You from the Rest:
  1. Master's degree or MBA.
