Senior Manager

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our sales training efforts in the US. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales education strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales training programs for our US commercial organization, focusing on the structural heart product portfolio.
- Partner with key faculty and stakeholders to design and deliver curricula that meet the needs of our sales team.
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and successful course execution to ensure field readiness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate and execute courses.
- Conduct needs assessments, identify gaps in education, and design programs to address these gaps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a medical-related field.
- At least 10 years of commercial experience in sales training and as a territory manager.
- Knowledge of training methods and programs, adult learning theory, and the structural heart industry.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills, effective in 1:1 coaching.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills and great overall computer skills.
