Position Overview:


The Providence Center is seeking an After-Hours Operations Supervisor to oversee the evening and weekend operations of the CCBHC at TPC. This role involves conducting assessments, providing essential crisis interventions, and managing risks as necessary, alongside performing direct service responsibilities.

The supervisor will coordinate services for clients to alleviate stressors and assist in reducing symptoms associated with psychiatric and substance use disorders.

Under the guidance of Senior Managers, this position entails supervising a team of 0-15 employees during after-hours operations at the CCBHC. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as addressing concerns and resolving issues in alignment with TPC policies and BHDDH standards.

This is a Per Diem role with potential schedules including:

- Monday to Friday: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
- Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Holidays

Additionally, the position requires working one weekend day per month and one holiday each year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the After-Hours CCBHC team at TPC.


- Coordinate client care, including overseeing admissions and discharges from the facility.

- Manage daily task organization and assignments.

- Execute administrative duties promptly and in accordance with Center policies.

- Ensure the quality and timely completion of Health Information Services (HIS) documentation and other required reports.


- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in client treatment, adhering to Center policies and legal obligations.

- Facilitate treatment planning meetings for the development, review, and implementation of treatment plans in a timely manner.

- Assist in ongoing training and professional development of staff.

- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and timely submissions by staff.

- Confirm regular attendance of staff at committee meetings and ensure they report back on activities.

- Conduct regular supervision meetings with staff and maintain records of these meetings.

- Aid in the orientation and training of new staff members.

- Complete intakes for new clients.

- Accompany primary staff on community outreach appointments as necessary.

- Coordinate a variety of services, supporting counseling, problem-solving, and limit-setting.


- Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of therapeutic services, including case management for substance abusers.

- Conduct assessments and provide necessary crisis interventions and risk management.

- Teach clients essential daily living skills.

- Initiate treatment and advocate for clients within the care network.

- Negotiate on behalf of clients with landlords, courts, families, and treatment teams as needed.

- Transport clients to scheduled activities and appointments using personal or TPC vehicles.


- Maintain accurate recordkeeping in accordance with Health Information Services (HIS) and TPC requirements, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies.

- Foster cooperative relationships with Center staff, clients, community agencies, and the public.

- Attend relevant training sessions, case presentations, and conferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Services.

- Experience in the Human Services field is preferred.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle.

- Flexibility in work hours is required.


This position is categorized as Per Diem, with potential schedules as previously mentioned.
