About the Role

Care New England is seeking a highly skilled and experienced After-hours Manager/Assistant Manager Per Diem to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the After-hours operations of our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) at The Providence Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise After-hours Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our After-hours program, including managing staff, coordinating services, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Complete Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide Crisis Interventions: Respond to crisis situations in a calm and professional manner, providing support and guidance to clients in need.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to clients and staff, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or healthcare administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
