Position Overview:


The Providence Center is seeking an After-Hours Operations Supervisor to oversee the after-hours activities of the CCBHC at TPC. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering appropriate crisis interventions, and managing risks as necessary, alongside fulfilling direct service responsibilities.

The supervisor will coordinate services for clients to alleviate stressors and assist in the reduction of psychiatric and substance abuse disorder symptoms.

With guidance from Senior Managers, this position will supervise a team of 0-15 employees during after-hours operations at the CCBHC. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints; and resolving issues in accordance with TPC policies and BHDDH requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the After-Hours CCBHC team at TPC.
2. Coordinate client care, including managing admissions and discharges.
3. Organize daily tasks and assignments effectively.
4. Execute administrative duties promptly and in line with Center policies.
5. Ensure the quality and timely completion of Health Information Services (HIS) documentation.
6. Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in client treatment as per Center policy and legal guidelines.
7. Facilitate treatment planning meetings for the development and implementation of treatment plans.
8. Assist in ongoing training and development of staff.
9. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and submission timelines.
10. Conduct regular supervision meetings with staff and maintain accurate records.
11. Support the orientation and training of new staff members.
12. Complete intakes for new clients.
13. Participate in community outreach activities as needed.
14. Coordinate various services to support clients effectively.
15. Engage in a multi-disciplinary team approach to develop and implement therapeutic services, particularly for substance abusers.
16. Conduct assessments and provide crisis interventions as required.
17. Teach clients essential daily living skills.
18. Advocate for clients within the care network.
19. Negotiate on behalf of clients with relevant parties when necessary.
20. Maintain cooperative relationships with Center staff, clients, community agencies, and the public.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Services is required. Experience in the Human Services field is preferred. A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are mandatory. Flexibility in work hours is essential for this role.
