Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a face-to-face setting.
  • Hospitality or Related Industry Experience: Strong background in hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industries.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry systems and programs, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
