About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at AVE by Korman Communities. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents, clients, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and address residents' needs, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Keep all reservations up-to-date with detailed notes and walk suites prior to guest arrival to ensure all AVE brand standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and guests through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, clients, and colleagues.
  • Assist with sales efforts by greeting prospects and serving as a point of contact for VIP corporate clients.
Requirements
  • Must have face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and proactively alleviate potential resident concerns.
  • Willingness to master and use industry systems and programs (Yardi and/or Oscar experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
