- Log Management: Create and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Communication: Update customer contact information and communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Software: Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office.
- Pay Range: $19-22/hour.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm.
