Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Enter and process customer orders for hearing devices, supplies, and warranties.
  • Log Management: Create and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Communication: Update customer contact information and communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office.
Additional Information
  • Pay Range: $19-22/hour.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm.
