Veteran Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

Overview
This position is tailored specifically for individuals with a military background who possess a signed application from a FSDO.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a comprehensive phone interview process, followed by a standard onboarding procedure and an introductory training session.
- Participate in a 10-day A&P training program at a designated aviation school, with accommodations provided.
- Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible to test for their A&P license, starting compensation at $28/hr during training, escalating to a minimum of $30/hr upon obtaining licensure.
- Perform line maintenance tasks, both scheduled and on-call, on a variety of passenger aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and documentation standards.
This role requires full-time presence at the designated work location.
