Job Title: Clinical Quality Specialist - RN Home Health

Interim HealthCare Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Specialist - RN Home Health to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Quality Specialist - RN Home Health, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our home health services. You will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the QAPI program according to all company standards, professional standards, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Remain current on home health regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Perform audits and analysis of patient care and clinical documentation, identify areas for improvement, and implement plans of improvement.
  • Complete data collection and analysis to ensure regulatory compliance related to the Home Health agency clinical management team.
  • Complete agency Quality Improvement activities according to the agency QI plan.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to provide education based on audits, regulatory updates, policy changes, and other identified agency needs.
  • Assist with orientation, education, and training of home hospice employees.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program; BSN preferred.
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
  • 3-5 years clinical experience in Nursing required, management experience preferred.
  • Home health experience with knowledge of Medicare guidelines required.
  • Knowledge/certification in ICD-10 coding preferred.
