About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Abstract, analyze, and report data to support clinical performance improvement activities
  • Collaborate with department staff, leadership, and providers to initiate clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring
  • Work with medical, nursing, and ancillary teams to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Participate in measure outcome committees to drive quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited educational institution
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital acute care nursing unit
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data abstraction experience
  • Electronic medical records experience
  • Software applications experience, including Word Processing and Excel
  • Research and statistics experience
