Key Responsibilities- Abstract, analyze, and report data to support clinical performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with department staff, leadership, and providers to initiate clinical care quality improvement and performance monitoring
- Work with medical, nursing, and ancillary teams to improve patient care and outcomes
- Participate in measure outcome committees to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited educational institution
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital acute care nursing unit
- Data abstraction experience
- Electronic medical records experience
- Software applications experience, including Word Processing and Excel
- Research and statistics experience
