Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Customer Care Manager to join our team at PulteGroup. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our new home construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in new home construction to establish a solid foundation and understanding of the basic aspects of construction warranty and customer service.
  • Assist more senior Customer Care Managers and/or direct supervisors in resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of new home construction processes and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
