Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will supervise the day-to-day nursing activities in our health center and ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that new admissions and discharges are processed correctly
  • Consult with residents, family members, and physicians in planning the resident's care, treatment, and rehabilitation
  • Provide direct nursing care as necessary
  • Oversee and delegate the activities of the nursing staff
  • Visit residents to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status
  • Ensure that the healthcare team follows established regulations, standards, and practices
  • Participate in QAPI activities, including participation in annual survey preparation and survey process, and maintenance of CMS standards
  • May be responsible for covering other positions or job duties as needed
