As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities in our health center, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring new admissions and discharges are processed correctly
  • Consulting with residents, family members, and physicians in planning care, treatment, and rehabilitation
  • Providing direct nursing care as necessary
  • Overseeing and delegating nursing staff activities
  • Visiting residents to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status
  • Ensuring the healthcare team follows established regulations, standards, and practices

You will also participate in QAPI activities, including survey preparation and maintenance of CMS standards. May be responsible for covering other positions or job duties as needed.
