Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents in our health center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new admissions and discharges are processed correctly
  • Consult with residents, family members, and physicians in planning care, treatment, and rehabilitation
  • Provide direct nursing care as necessary
  • Oversee and delegate nursing staff activities
  • Visit residents to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status
  • Ensure the healthcare team follows established regulations, standards, and practices
  • Participate in QAPI activities, including survey preparation and maintenance of CMS standards
