Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our ACO REACH Clinical Performance team as a Senior Clinical Strategist. This role will play a critical part in driving transformation efforts and performance initiatives to drive success of the ACO model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate transformation of care delivered to ACO REACH attributed lives, strengthening patient-centric collaboration between CVS ACO Inc. and provider networks.
  • Analyze and report on provider quantitative performance and operational capabilities, executing a strategic roadmap.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned practices, collaborating with stakeholders and supporting clinical performance meetings.
  • Identify and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures, implementing solutions.
  • Understand key drivers of value-based care, including clinical outcomes, growth, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with ACO Leadership for results across a wide array of team members.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of prior work experience managing operational & quality management KPIs in a healthcare setting.
  • 2+ years of managed care (MCO) experience.
  • 1+ year of prior leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of analyzing complex data analysis and reporting, delivering presentations to providers.

One of the following licenses is required:

  • Required RN (Registered Nurse) that must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges and have the ability to be licensed in all non-compact states OR LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) OR OT (Occupational Therapist) OR PT (Physical Therapist).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of healthcare performance management.
  • 2+ years of value-based care experience.
  • Medicare experience.

Education

Bachelor's required. Master's Degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $78,168,700.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
