Transformative AI Leadership Opportunity

At Alight, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and drive innovation across the organization. As Vice President, Artificial Intelligence, you'll be responsible for leveraging AI technologies to drive enterprise value and propel our company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI solutions, driving business outcomes and innovation.
  • Collaborate with executives to integrate AI strategies across the company, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Establish partnerships with technology, academic, and research organizations to advance AI capabilities and support business growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of AI experts, data scientists, and engineers, fostering a learning environment that encourages continuous growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in AI, analytics, and visual storytelling, with experience across the ML landscape, including natural language processing, anomaly detection, recommendations, personalization, statistical learning theory, deep learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Success in powering products and platforms with AI and Data Science models, operationalizing these solutions at scale.
  • 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 6+ years in leading and managing large teams in a product organization.
  • Master's degree or higher in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent professional or military experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in HR or Healthcare is preferred, given the company's industry focus.
