Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Sales Receptionist to join our team at Big Star Cadillac. As a Sales Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones in a professional manner and transfer customers promptly to the appropriate destination
- Take messages from customers when the desired person is unavailable
- Greet and accommodate walk-in customers, providing timely and friendly service
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and resolving concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Call customers when license plates are available and keep a log for accuracy
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
- Previous receptionist experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong computer skills, including Inventory Control software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid in-state driver's license and good driving record
