Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Sales Receptionist to join our team at Big Star Cadillac. As a Sales Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and transfer customers promptly to the appropriate destination
  • Take messages from customers when the desired person is unavailable
  • Greet and accommodate walk-in customers, providing timely and friendly service
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Call customers when license plates are available and keep a log for accuracy
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
  • Previous receptionist experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Inventory Control software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid in-state driver's license and good driving record
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs
