The Senior Project Manager, Development will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Property Operations division by developing and executing project plans for new programs and initiatives that enhance the Property Operations strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

  • Organize, plan, execute, implement, and oversee Industrial Development & Tenant Improvement projects through all phases.
  • Formulate and deliver strategies for multiple projects.
  • Identify and manage project scope effectively.
  • Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Define project objectives and communicate them to stakeholders until project completion.
  • Manage the production of essential project deliverables.
  • Carefully oversee project scope.
  • Comprehend all necessary project elements and communicate them to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Recognize roles and responsibilities to assign project tasks appropriately.
  • Engage stakeholders to establish and manage efficient task structures.
  • Communicate risks, delays, or obstacles to relevant parties promptly.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding project delivery.
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across relevant departments.
  • Involve user communities in a continuous feedback loop to advance programs and projects.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Link Technology and Data teams across architecture, engineering, and product divisions.
  • Exhibit expert-level communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear capabilities that support business success.

Project Delivery

  • Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain dependency plans requiring contributions from teams outside of assigned projects.
  • Establish and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control.
  • Manage communications with stakeholders and project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, executing large-scale Ground-up projects and/or Tenant Improvements.
  • A BA/BS in business management, Construction or Development, Real Estate, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Yardi modules is advantageous.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities.
  • Demonstrated communication skills through oral and written mediums to effectively engage personnel at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to implementation.
  • A strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a dynamic and demanding work environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of intelligence.
